We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Operations Specialist to join our team, responsible for designing and executing scalable processes that drive the success of our Patient Care Organization. As a key member of our team, you will own the patient travel experience, analyzing workflows, and identifying areas for improvement to ensure seamless and efficient patient care.
In this role, you will:
Own and optimize the patient travel experience, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our patients and organization
Analyze travel workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Patient Care, Client Success, and Provider Operations, to solve problems and respond to needs related to patient travel
Evangelize standardization and simplification, promoting best practices and ensuring consistency across the Patient Care Team
Process and execute critical patient tasks, prioritizing a "patient-first" approach and maintaining the highest level of service and integrity

Have 2+ years of experience working in digital health, with a focus on patient care and team leadership
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Are data-driven and analytical, with experience analyzing and communicating data to drive insights and inform decision-making
Have a strong track record of handling confidential information, adhering to HIPAA requirements, and maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity
