Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality programs and services to teenagers
Design and implement engaging programs and activities that promote academic success, character development, and healthy lifestyles
Recruit and register teen members, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all
Provide guidance and support to staff, promoting professional development and excellence
Develop and maintain relationships with parents, guardians, and community partners to ensure the effectiveness of our programs
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and safety protocols, including COVID-19 guidelines
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, youth development, or social work
Proven experience in leading teams and developing programs for teenagers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate outcome-driven meetings
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination, as a condition of employment
