We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our team in Tyrone, GA. As an ABA/Autism Therapist, you will be responsible for:
Providing one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum
Collecting behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
Conducting discrete trials, implementing behavior support, and treatment plans
Collaborating with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
Being responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
Maintaining professionalism and a goal-oriented approach in all aspects of your work

To be successful in this role, you will need:
High School diploma or GED
Experience working with children in a 1:1 setting for at least 1 year
1-year ABA experience, or 1-2 years working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Registered Behavioral Certification (RBT), or willingness to obtain with our assistance
