About the Role:


Providing one-on-one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions
Collecting behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
Conducting discrete trials, implementing behavior support, and treatment plans
Collaborating with BCBAs to develop and refine therapy strategies
Maintaining open communication with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure seamless support

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED required
1-year experience working with children in a 1:1 setting (ABA experience preferred)

Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
