Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional care to dedicated clients in their homes, tailored to their unique needs and preferences
Assist with executing comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans to ensure seamless care
Complete daily tasks in a safe and professional manner, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and personal care activities
Provide personal companionship and ongoing social and emotional support to foster meaningful relationships
Ensure order, safety, and client enjoyment at all times, adapting to changing needs and circumstances
Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed, promoting independence and mobility
Handle administrative functions, such as documentation and reporting changes in clients' conditions, to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications:

Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities
Valid Basic Life Support Training (CPR) and TB screening/PPD chest X-ray to ensure client safety
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation to facilitate client care
Empathy, compassion, and kindness, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care
Ability to use sound judgment and remain calm in various situations, with a focus on client well-being
Reliability, dependability, and punctuality, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care
Basic computer skills and technical savviness, with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. and ability to pass a background check and provide references
