Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum
Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
Implement behavior support and treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA
Collaborate with our team to drive success and deliver exceptional services
Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
1-year experience working with children in a 1:1 setting
1-year ABA experience (or equivalent experience in a related field)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
