About the Role:
Conducting concurrent reviews for higher levels of care, including inpatient, residential, and partial hospital admissions
Reviewing patient assessments to determine appropriate levels of care and recommending treatment plans
Managing inpatient mental health and substance use disorder cases throughout the entire treatment plan
Coordinating benefits and transitions between various areas of care
Identifying opportunities to add value to treatment plans and consulting with facility staff

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health discipline, or an RN with 2+ years of experience in behavioral health
An independent, active, and unrestricted license in the state of Virginia
2+ years of experience in a related mental health environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
