What is Required (Qualifications):
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Outlook)
- Effective prioritization and organization skills
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of customer service or account collections experience, either by phone or face-to-face
- Experience with formatting spreadsheets, creating pivot tables, and filtering data
