Key Responsibilities Investigate Suspicious Activities : Identify and investigate suspicious transactions, behaviors, and patterns that could pose a risk to Amazon or its customers in global markets. Apply CTPS Standard Operational Procedures : Ensure high-quality decisions by applying CTPS standard operational procedures and guidelines. Identify and Minimize Risks : Identify known fraud patterns, discover new modus operandi trends, and take actions to minimize risks and protect Amazon's financial, legal, and reputational interests. Research and Analyze Transactions : Utilize a wide range of internet and in-house tools to research transactions, gather data, and make accurate decisions. Maintain Confidentiality and Data Security : Maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security standards, adhering to Amazon's policies and procedures. Achieve Productivity and Quality Standards : Meet weekly productivity and quality standards for investigations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
