About the Role We are seeking an experienced Transaction Coordinator to play a crucial role in ensuring smooth, compliant transactions across our team. In this role, you’ll handle document compliance, process agent commissions, and provide training and support to agents, empowering them to leverage our tools for seamless transactions. Responsibilities • Commission System Management: Act as the resident expert on Total Brokerage (TB) and ensure accurate commission processing. • Compliance Verification: Review and verify transaction documents against compliance standards. • Agent Support: Guide agents on system use, submission processes, reporting, payment timelines, and address other transaction-related inquiries. • Team & Deal Management: Oversee agent team formations, team splits, and management of agents/teams within TB. • Training & Support: Conduct training for agents on setting up dashboards, entering deals, running reports, and ongoing system assistance. • *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, mathematics, statistics, accounting or related disciplines • 1 - 3 years of professional work experience • Ability to be responsive to agent during East Coast work hours Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to convey data to clients and/or team members clearly • Excellent customer service skills • High attention to detail when auditing documents and calculations • Proficiency in excel (pivot tables, macros, Vlookups/Xlookups, etc.) • Strong system skills, learning new systems, and ability to adapt to system changes • Time Management skills – ability to self-manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks and requests appropriately • Experience with Skyslope a plus Apply tot his job
