Training Support Staff-II (Bilingual: English/Spanish)

• Although this is an entirely remote position, we are currently only able to accept applications from candidates based in Pennsylvania or New Jersey.* Description In support of Beck Institute's mission to improve lives worldwide through excellence and innovation in cognitive behavior therapy, we are seeking a Training Support Staff-II to help facilitate our various live and virtual professional training events and to offer our customers prompt and professional bilingual (English and Spanish) service. Duties Live (Virtual) Event Support: • Monitor the training event chat; respond to/redirect trainee inquiries as applicable • Troubleshoot low complexity tech issues for trainees and faculty/presenters • Mute/unmute trainees • Start/stop/manage breakout rooms Customer Service Support: • Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer service, in both English and Spanish, as needed, via email and phone, using Salesforce to track and document all correspondence. Schedule The TSS-II is a non-exempt, part-time, hourly position. TSS-IIs are scheduled on an as-needed, as-available basis, with the work primarily occurring between 8:30AM – 4:30PM, ET, although evening and weekend opportunities may present. The live events that the TSS-II will be asked to support will range from 90 minutes to 3 days (with the standard workshop “day” being 8 hours with a 1-hour lunch.) Interested candidates should possess: • Strong proficiency in English and Spanish, with a native-level fluency or equivalent skills • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal/written communication and keen listening skills. • A high degree of availability • Reliable internet • Experience with, or at a minimum, familiarity with videoconferencing applications • A willingness and ability to engage in extensive screentime • Availability to start in January or February 2026 Psychology background or familiarity with CBT is preferred. Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable. Compensation & Training • This position pays $17/hour • Beck Institute will provide hired staff with a Beck Institute Zoom account, email address, and laptop. • Hired candidates for this part-time position will participate in a paid virtual training session that will cover role orientation and a Zoom introduction prior to supporting any live events.
