This role focuses on ensuring that all training initiatives align with the company's goals and objectives, thereby contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to meet the specific needs of various departments within the company. - Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training gaps and create solutions to address them. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and development. - Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and venue arrangements. - Provide support and guidance to employees during training sessions to ensure a positive learning experience. - Track and report on training program metrics and outcomes to senior management. - Assist in the development of training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and presentations. - Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization. Qualifications Required Education: - Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Required Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training or instructional design role. - Proven track record of developing and implementing training programs in a corporate environment. - Experience in healthcare or health technology industry is preferred. Required Skills and Abilities: - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in using training software and tools, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS). - Ability to assess training needs and develop tailored solutions. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
