Training Industry SME (Subject Matter Expert) - Energy

Infinitee Business Solutions Global LLC™ is seeking an experienced Energy Industry Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead training and skills evaluation for top-tier and borderline candidates in the Energy sector. This SME will be responsible for delivering high-impact, training sessions, updating existing presentations and training modules for industry relevance, and providing detailed feedback on candidate performance. This role requires a proven track record in energy leadership, workforce development, and applied training/teaching.The SME will play a critical role in helping borderline candidates reach top-tier performance and ensuring Infinitee maintains industry-leading workforce readiness standards. Qualifications -- If you have a min of 7 years in every leadership-management, or consulting roles --Bachelors degree in energy mgmt -- Proven track record of training and coaching Energy professionals -- Deep expertise in energy. Key Responsibilities -- Deliver group and one-on-one training sessions for energy industry candidates who meet at least 80% of the role criteria, as well as borderline candidates.-- Update and refine existing training modules and presentations to reflect industry trends and client needs, with all updates submitted for CEO approval.-- Provide structured feedback and assessment for candidates after each session.-- Collaborate closely with TA's to monitor candidate progress, skill gaps, and improvement plans.Readiness & Alignment Candidates may optionally participate in a voluntary Independent Contractor Readiness & Alignment Pathway to learn about Infinitee Business Solutions Global LLC™’s service standards and workflows.
