In addition to training delivery, the educator will engage in the analysis of client business processes and functional application requirements, documenting validation processes for the training environment. They will be responsible for resolving information systems-related issues and escalating more complex concerns to appropriate personnel. The role also involves evaluating existing application products to ensure they meet client needs and developing recommendations for improvements. Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or related field.

• Minimum one year of experience in designing and delivering training and curriculum development with a focus on instructor-led training, or four years of related experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various course development platforms.
