As Content Developer, you'll create innovative educational resources and trainings for KinderCare Learning Center’s teachers, with a strong focus on culture and connection. This role involves collaboration with the Education Content team and cross-functional departments to develop high-quality, impactful professional development content for teachers of infants to elementary age children. Requirements: Develop and craft high-quality, engaging learning materials and trainings for educators. Generate innovative ideas and solutions based on field needs and opportunities. Adhere to the department style guide and ensure all content is copyedited and clean. Participate in cross-functional meetings and represent the Educational Content team in corporate initiatives. Engage in early childhood education professional development to improve skills and innovative thinking. Report on timelines and results to the Professional Development Manager. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or Elementary Education required; Master’s preferred. Strong written communication and copywriting skills with self-editing ability. Ability to run projects from concept to implementation and develop resources for diverse audiences and purposes. Experience teaching in a child care setting, understanding of curriculum design, expertise in adult learning principles, Growth mindset, willing to learn various delivery methods and technology platforms for digital content delivery.
