About the Role We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Business Developer to drive the growth of our product training and adoption . In this role, you will work closely with the Sales team to position training as a critical component of our product offering. Your mission is to ensure that clients not only adopt our product but also gain the knowledge and skills to use it effectively through tailored training solutions, simultaneously driving services revenue to established targets. Key Responsibilities • Partner with the Sales team during the sales cycle to position training as a key value-added service. • Work closely with our sales team (Account Executives) to support discovery meetings with sales ready leads/prospects. • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate training packages to our sales team for customer offerings. • Develop and deliver compelling training proposals and presentations to prospective clients in conjunction with our sales organization. • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Learning teams to align training offerings with product features and updates. • Track and manage a pipeline of training opportunities and contribute to revenue targets. • Gather client feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery methods. • Stay informed on product updates and industry trends to ensure training remains relevant and impactful. Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales enablement, training sales or industry specific training.. • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer success strategies. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills. • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority. Preferred Skills • Familiarity with DFIR process and software related to the DFIR field. • Experience selling or supporting SaaS or technical products. • Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory. Compensation & Benefits • The Compensation Range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills.
