Job Title: Training and Instructional Design Specialist
Location: Remote
Summary: The project focuses on sustaining, enhancing, and modernizing the customers' Recruiting Information Support System to support large number of recruiters worldwide. It involves maintaining the legacy Oracle-based system while supporting the development and transition to Salesforce-based CRM. The effort addresses recruiting challenges through modern technology, data analytics, and improved system capabilities. A phased, carefully managed transition ensures uninterrupted recruiting operations while enabling long-term modernization.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and update training materials including System Administration Manuals, System User Manuals, FAQs, and Quick Reference Guides.
• Develop and deliver recorded and virtual instructor-led training sessions aligned with system enhancements, configuration changes, and new functionality introduced through sprint cycles.
• Ensure training materials are updated in coordination with system releases and are delivered in formats supporting both self-service and instructor-led models.
• Align training updates with sprint releases and system enhancements.
• Support user onboarding and release-based training delivery.
• Create and maintain instructional content and documentation to support enterprise software training.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development.
• Expertise in Technical Writing and User Documentation Development.
• Proven experience in Virtual and Instructor-Led Training Delivery and Enterprise Software Training Support.
• Proficiency in Agile Release Alignment, Quick Reference Guides, and Communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design and Training Delivery.
• Instructional Design or Training certification preferred.
