Training and Development Specialist, Senior Key Role: Provide comprehensive training services to enhance the operational readiness and effectiveness of the U.S. military, civilian personnel, and contractors. Provide instruction and assessment support. Provide instruction of the Security Managers Course, including training and evaluating students. Evaluate the State’s general intelligence security, information security, industrial security, communications security, foreign disclosure, sensitive compartmented information, and personnel security programs. Evaluate programs in areas of, GIS, information security, industrial security, communications security, sensitive compartmented information, foreign disclosure, and personnel security. Support training implementation, including material development, deliverable material development, course presentation, and course evaluation in CONUS and OCONUS locations. Basic Qualifications: • Experience as a Security Manager, including with Personnel Security (PERSEC), Information Security (INFOSEC), Industrial Security (INDUSEC), and General Intelligence Security (GIS) disciplines • Experience developing and delivering Programs of Instruction (POI) • Experience running military courses, seminars, exercises, and workshops • Ability to author curriculum using the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process • TS/SCI clearance • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience as a Security Manager Course Instructor, or 5+ years of experience as a Security Manager Course Instructor Additional Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience with teaching or instructing in the DoD level, including T2COM and TRADOC Instructor and Development accreditation • Experience assessing general intelligence security, information security, industrial security, communications security, foreign disclosure, sensitive compartmented information, and personnel security programs • Bachelor’s degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
