Position involves interaction with all employee levels and various community and educational resources in an advisory role. Responsibilities • Plans, administers, evaluates learning projects for SRP employees and/or international audiences as assigned. • Designs, develops, implements learning projects based on appropriate needs analysis and development strategy.• Maintains accurate records, schedules facilities, and coordinates all elements of assigned projects/tasks, for effective learning. • Maintains continuing communications with selected managers/supervisors regarding current projects and future needs. • Assists managers and supervisors to explore issues and problems related to human resource development and/or performance. • Encourages managers and supervisors to explore issues and problems related to human resource development and/or performance. • Duties may include career counseling and career development.Requirements • For a Level 1 (Associate), a minimum of no previous years of experience to two years related experience is required (if no degree, four-six years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling four-six years). • For a Level 2 (Journey), a minimum of two years of experience to four years related experience is required (if no degree, six-eight years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling six-eight years).• For a Level 3 (Senior), a minimum of five years of related experience is required (if no degree, nine years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling nine years). • Working knowledge of "state of the art" of adult learning and performance management, principles, and methods. • All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
