Trainer (Remote, US) AIP1975

Responsible for delivering effective onboarding, technical and safety training programs for ITG's fulfilment operations, ensuring field technicians are properly prepared to perform installations and services while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Responsibilities • * Conduct classroom and field training for new hire technicians on technical procedures and safety protocols. • Deliver training on cable installation, internet services, telephony, and alarm systems. • Implement standardized training programs following established curriculum. • Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching and feedback. • Maintain accurate training records and documentation. • Conduct safety and technical assessments during training period. • Support field supervisors in final evaluation of trained technicians. • Participate in training content updates and improvements. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations during training activities. • Collect and report training metrics and feedback. • Deliver training on cable installation, internet services, telephony, and alarm systems. • Implement standardized training programs following established curriculum. • Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching and feedback. • Maintain accurate training records and documentation. • Conduct safety and technical assessments during training period. • Support field supervisors in final evaluation of trained technicians. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations during training activities. • Participate in training content updates and improvements. • Collect and report training metrics and feedback Requirements Key Measures / Key Performance Indicators: • Number of technicians successfully trained and certified • Training completion rates • Training feedback scores and participant satisfaction • Safety incident rates for trained personnel • Trainee assessment scores • Safety compliance during training • Field readiness of trained technicians • Documentation accuracy • Training schedule adherence Education: High School Diploma or Associate's degree in technical field or equivalent experience required. Technical certifications in telecommunications industry preferred. Training certifications preferred. Experience: • 5+ years of experience in telecommunications field operations • 2+ years of experience in technical training role • Strong technical background in cable installation and services Exposure: • Comprehensive understanding of telecommunications installation and service procedures • Experience with safety regulations and compliance requirements • Familiarity with learning management systems and training tools Factors critical to success at ITG Communications for this position: • Strong technical expertise with ability to effectively transfer knowledge • Excellence in communication and presentation skills • Commitment to safety and quality in training deliver Additional Comments ITG is an equal employment opportunity employer.
