This project includes: • A comprehensive trademark clearance search • Legal analysis and risk assessment • USPTO wordmark filing • Full follow-through on the application, including responses to any Office Actions until final determinationThe trademark is for a WORDMARK ONLY (no logo at this time).⸻ Scope of Work 1. Conduct a full U.S. trademark search (USPTO and common-law sources) 2. Provide a written opinion on registrability and risk 3. Prepare and file the USPTO wordmark application 4. Monitor the application and respond to Office Actions if needed 5.
