As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Trademark Litigation Attorney with strong TTAB and federal litigation experience who’s ready to take ownership of their cases, collaborate directly with clients, and help shape the future of our expanding IP practice. What You’ll Do You’ll work side‑by‑side with our founding partner on a diverse range of trademark disputes and enforcement actions. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll have a direct line to clients, meaningful strategic input, and autonomy to manage matters from start to finish. Key Responsibilities • Lead all phases of TTAB proceedings — from pleadings and discovery through hearings and settlements. • Manage and support federal trademark litigation, coordinating with co‑counsel and clients. • Draft and negotiate co‑existence, licensing, and settlement agreements. • Advise clients on clearance, enforcement, and brand strategy. • Contribute to firm growth, process improvements, and client relationships. What We’re Looking For • J.D. and active bar admission. • 6+ years of trademark experience, including significant TTAB and litigation work. • Ability to manage matters independently and deliver practical, business‑focused advice. • Excellent writing, judgment, and communication skills. • A collegial, adaptable mindset — someone who enjoys working closely in a small, high‑performing environment.
