Here, your responsibilities and client interaction will not be constrained. This role will be focused on leveraging and further developing your trademark expertise, relating to all facets of trademark and copyright law (e.g., strategic counseling for domestic and international portfolios, prosecution, inter partes proceedings, pre-litigation disputes, domain names, IP licensing agreements).
