Trademark Attorney - Formal Legal Notice to YouTube (Flat Fee)

I am seeking a US-licensed trademark attorney to assist in reclaiming or removing an inactive YouTube channel that is infringing on my federally registered trademark.
Details:
There is an abandoned YouTube channel using my trademarked name.
Status: The channel has 175 subscribers, no content, and has been inactive for many years. I have already attempted to resolve this through YouTube’s automated trademark reporting tool, but received only canned, automated responses stating they do not "mediate disputes."
Goal: I need a formal Legal Notice/Demand Letter sent from a law firm’s letterhead to YouTube’s legal department. I would like the letter to request the removal of the channel for trademark infringement and "Username Squatting" and request that the handle be released for my use.
Requirements:
-Must be a licensed U.S. attorney.
-Experience dealing with tech platforms (YouTube/Google/Meta) regarding trademark enforcement.
-Flat-fee bids only. I am looking for a set price to draft and send the initial formal notice.
