Key Responsibilities
⢠Conduct virtual, consultative needs assessments and present life insurance solutions tailored to individual client circumstances.
⢠Manage the full policy lifecycle, including preparing and submitting applications, coordinating underwriting requirements, processing endorsements and policy changes, and assisting with claim inquiries.
⢠Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the company CRM; ensure timely follow-up on leads, applications, and service requests.
⢠Deliver professional client service via phone, email, and virtual meetings to foster long-term relationships and maximize retention.
⢠Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and leadership to resolve client issues and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
⢠Develop and execute a personal production plan with measurable targets; meet or exceed performance objectives for sales, client satisfaction, and retention.
⢠Pursue agency growth by recruiting, training, and mentoring other agents; implement best practices to scale a team and expand market reach.
⢠Participate in ongoing training, licensing education, and quality assurance activities to maintain current product knowledge and professional standards.
