Trade Promotions Coordinator

The Trade Promotions Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Dairy Foods Trade Promotions Administration Department by ensuring smooth execution and validation of trade promotions and providing responsive support to the sales organization. Responsibilities Working with Sales to clear all Trade Promotion Deductions from our systems Partnering with Trade Promotions Team to ensure customer deductions are setup and processed accurately and in a timely manner Provide administrative support and guidance to the broker sales support team Act as backup and provide support when needed to ensure all inquiries and requests that come into the Trade Promotions eMailbox are handled properly and in a timely manner. These may be questions from our internal partners or our external customers Assist with ad-hoc requests as needed Provide guidance and training on system functionality and trade policies. If necessary, direct requests to the appropriate internal support team Skills Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote) Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
