We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as a Trade Ally Account Manager. You will be responsible for building, developing, and managing a network of Trade Allies who support the adoption of targeted energy-efficient technologies, strategic market development, and customer satisfaction related to activity and energy savings. Trade Allies include manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and retailers of residential and commercial energy and water efficiency products, such as HVAC, Water Heating, Lighting, and other electric and natural gas-saving equipment.

For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can…
• Recruit, train, educate, and develop relationships with contractors and other Trade Allies to encourage effective marketing of programs.
• Develop outreach tactics to assist in recruiting customers and trade allies.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business customer base.
• Integrate program offerings into customer operations to improve customer service and satisfaction.
• Perform event planning, coordination, and presentations of programs.
• Work to serve as a liaison between customers and contractors to enhance program satisfaction
• Work in cooperation with other energy efficiency programs to move projects forward and follow up on leads.
• Lead researching of the markets; accumulating data on businesses, and identifying the key allies to be targeted on behalf of the programs.
• Build a base of “registered” Trade Allies specific to the specified programs.
• Identify improvement barriers and report information to the Program Manager.
• Ensure continuous improvement of operations.
• Prepare robust weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity reports and track progress toward program goals.
• Travel throughout a defined territory.

Exciting candidates have…
• 5-10 years of relevant experience (Business Operations, Management, Energy, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Trade certifications (BPI Building Analyst, NATE) preferred

$80,000-$85,0000

Compensation Range

$81,380.00 - $105,600.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
