Tracking Specialist (Client-Facing)

Remote Full-time
About this job
We are looking for a Tracking Specialist (Client-Facing) who can audit, debug, and implement tracking across digital platforms.
The most important part of this role is pixel tracking—making sure events are firing correctly for Meta, Google Ads, GA4, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms. You’ll also work with product catalogs and commerce feeds (Meta, Google Merchant Center), but the priority is ensuring accurate event tracking for campaigns.
This is not a heavy engineering role. It’s about attention to detail, problem-solving, and client communication. You’ll use tools like preview/debug modes, network requests, and Omnibug to spot and resolve issues. You’ll also use our internal onboarding system to configure client tracking by placing IDs and settings in the right places.
You should apply if ✅

You have experience working in an agency or client-facing role.
You’re confident talking directly with clients about technical setups.
You have hands-on experience with pixel and tracking setups across multiple ad platforms.
You’re detail-oriented and able to spot issues quickly.
You know your way around debugging tools (network requests, Omnibug, tag manager preview modes).
You’re curious, proactive, and open to learning new platforms.

As a Tracking Specialist, you will

Audit client tracking setups to ensure pixels and events are implemented correctly.
Debug issues using preview/debug modes, network requests, and Omnibug.
Configure client tracking using our internal onboarding system (placing IDs, settings, and verifying setup).
Ensure accurate event tracking across ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest).
Support catalog feeds and commerce managers (Meta, Google) when related to tracking.
Communicate clearly with clients about issues, solutions, and next steps.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges.

What we’re looking for

Strong client-facing communication skills (agency or consultancy experience preferred).
Practical experience with pixels and event tracking across major ad platforms.
Familiarity with tag management systems on browser and server side (e.g Google Tag Manager, Teallium, Adobe Launch, JENTIS).
Knowledge of commerce feeds (Meta Commerce Manager, Google Merchant Center).
Debugging experience using browser tools, Omnibug, or tag manager previews.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

What we offer you

Flexible working arrangements.
A collaborative environment with an experienced engineering team to support you.
Opportunities to expand into advanced tracking and data platforms.
Competitive salary based on cost of living and experience.
Company-wide holidays at the end of the year.
