Responsibilities
• Drive the unification of the engineering process, including managing the launch cycle and reporting progress.

• Resource Management, knowing when resources are needed for current and upcoming projects.

• Contribute to building the best databases and Gen AI technologies with a global, diverse workforce.

• Lead diverse projects with community and core business functions, aiming for higher quality and the most efficient delivery.

• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and inclusion.
Requirements
• Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant industry experience in Software Engineering
,
• Familiarity with modern database architectures
,
• Proficiency in Agile and Program Management methodologies (e.g., Jira, Scrum)
,
• Strong verbal, written, and documentation skills, especially when communicating with technical teams.

• Successful measurement and reporting experience
,
• High level of empathy and emotional intelligence (EQ)
,
• Strategic and risk management skills
,
• PMP certification and/or equivalent experience driving large cross-functional initiatives
Nice-to-haves
• Strong technical background as an engineer or architect

• Comfort with multi-cloud and API-driven environments

• Experience in an open source environment
