Job title: Toyota Rent-A-Car (TRAC/Rental) Clerk Company: Purdy Group Job description:The TRAC Clerk at Huntsville Toyota oversees rental services for the dealership. The TRAC Clerk will assist customers with rental selections, work with insurance carriers to authorize payments, and manage the paper flow of all agreements and other documents for compliance and accounting purposes. What you’ll do: • Ensure the effective process of all types of car rental transactions • Provide exemplary customer service and issue resolution • Understand bolthires control and achieve individual sales goals • Monitor prices and set rates for walk-bolthires • Uphold company standards and processes • Increase the market penetration of the branch and increase revenue • Handle or assist in the resolution of customer service issues if other staff members are unable to • Perform other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs.What we’re looking for: • A positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction • At least 1 year experience working in a rental facility (Required) • Prior experience working with computer database systems (a plus) • Prior sales or retail experience (a plus) • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) (Required) • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
