Towing Dispatcher/ Not remote

We are in search of a someone motivated and willing to grow with a rapidly growing company. This position consists of dispatching towing and roadside assistance service calls. As the #1 towing company voted by the community we have a full operations dispatch center working closely with 8 law enforcement agencies to ensure the best possible service to the community. Experience isn't required we will train the right, motivated individual!! Training • Training will be conducted during 1st shift. • Training depends on the individual regarding how many weeks it will take to operate on his or her own. • The dispatcher will be required to provide dispatch services and needs to all companies we currently own and operate. • The dispatch center is located at 1811 W 7th Street Hopkinsville KY. A few things we require: • . Clean criminal history • . Clean Drug and alcohol screening • . Computer Experience • . Ability to interact with customers over the phone • . Problem solving skills needed • . Ability to operate in high stress situations • . Individual must handle criticism well • . Changes are fluent at all times, must be able to accept change • . Multitasking • . Dependable, be on duty when expected. Pay • Pay depends on experience, no experience pay will start at $26,000 per year. • Paid week of vacation after 1 year employment.
