Position: Tow Truck Dispatcher at Bob's Main Street Auto & Towing West Bend, WI NOW HIRING: Remote Nights & Weekend Dispatcher Family-Owned & Operated Towing Company – West Bend, WI Compensation: Commission-Based Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM Weekend Shift: 5:00 PM Friday – 7:00 AM Monday Hours can be negotiated if needed. Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Remote Nights & Weekend Dispatcher to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple tasks while working from home. Key Responsibilities: • Route and dispatch drivers to jobs quickly and efficiently. • Track driver locations, job status, and completion updates. • Maintain clear, consistent communication with drivers throughout the shift. • Answer calls professionally and schedule towing services. • Provide ETA updates and follow-up support to customers. • Handle basic customer concerns and communicate solutions. • Ensure accurate documentation of calls, jobs, and driver activity.
