These values are at the core of our culture and will continue to lead our organization to successful outcomes.About the RoleWe're looking for a strategic and hands-on Total Rewards & Systems Director. You will lead the design and execution of compensation, benefits, and HR systems - shaping equitable total rewards programs and ensuring HRIS functionality supports our evolving people strategy. You will report to the VP of People Operations.The base salary range is $154,000-$210,000 + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.You WillDesign and manage compensation programs, including salary structures, equity, job architecture, and variable payLead compensation planning processes, including annual merit cycles and compensation surveysLead the relationship with benefits brokers, providers, and other vendors to provide a smooth open enrollment and competitive offeringsOversee HR systems and technology, driving automation and workflow optimization for efficiency, accuracy, and usabilityBe the HRIS help desk, troubleshooting employee system issues and improving the user experienceDevelop trainings and provide educational support for teams on compensation, benefits, and HRIS topicsEnsure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements for total rewards and HR systems, including owning EEO-1, ACA Track, and SPD Wrap reportingYou Have7+ years of experience leading design, implementation, and administration of compensation, equity and benefits programs, including for privately held startupsExperience with Radford and Paylocity or similar systemsProficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (can perform complex functions), and experience using data to perform analysis, present reports, and assess effectivenessExperience optimizing workflows and systems to support scale and improve employee experienceCCP certifiedWhat We Offer (Full-time, Not Temporary/Not Seasonal)Remote-first company (US-based remote only)Great compensation package at a high-growth, profitable companyExcellent benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental coverage for you, your spouse, and dependentsHSA/FSA options with corresponding contribution limitsMonthly grocery stipend and home internet reimbursement401K w/ a match after a grace periodLife and AD&D coverageDisability insurance (Short and Long Term)Parental leaveFour (4) weeks of paid vacation in addition to paid holidaysHome office budget for remote team membersMental health and other wellbeing support programs through a partner networkWe welcome and encourage people of diverse backgrounds, experiences, identities, abilities, and perspectives to apply.
