This role is essential in managing & resolving escalated customer issues related to the Culligan Quench tNPS survey initiative. The tNPS Resource will be in direct contact with customers while working cross-functionally with internal business partners to resolve open customer issues. ResponsibilitiesIssue Resolution: Proactively identify and address potential project risks and issues, implementing solutions to improve customer experience.Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all scheduling tNPS cases, facilitating updates and solutions to open customer issues.Reporting: Create and present reporting to management and stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.Customer Care Initiatives: Lead and support projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and service delivery.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the Scheduling Department and contribute to the development of best practices.QualificationsExtremely organized and detail oriented.Strong communication skills (verbal and written); prompt communication is vital.Exceptional ability to multi-task and stay organized in a results-driven, fast-moving environment.Strong problem-solving skills. Process Compliance: Follows all documented processes & department policies to provide customer support.Ability to collaborate and use influence cross-functionally.
