Title Solutions Consultant
Minnesota Automobile Dealers Association (MADA) is seeking a Title Solutions Consultant who will support dealerships across Minnesota with title and registration services. This role involves providing guidance, building relationships, and advancing from hotline support to on-site consulting. Responsibilities Support dealerships with title + registration questions by phone, email, and in-person visits Provide guidance on compliance, accuracy, and process improvements Work within state systems (MNDRIVE, Vitu, DLRdmv, etc.) and HubSpot CRM Travel occasionally to client dealerships to deliver hands-on support Skills Strong communication skills (clear, professional, and approachable) Attention to detail – accuracy is everything A growth mindset – you're eager to learn and take on new challenges Tech confidence (comfortable navigating multiple systems) 1–2 years in customer service, administration, or a role with deadlines + accuracy requirements Company Overview We are the voice and advocate for Minnesota’s franchised new-car and truck dealers.
