Join us in shaping a future where every business owner has the opportunity to thrive.Compensation: Competitive salary paid in USDModality: On-SiteSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CR time)What you’ll be doingLeading a cross-functional Titling and Registration team in Costa RicaBuilding a collaborative environment where we can foster talentBecoming the local process expert on the U.S. Titling and Registration processesAssisting in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to title documentationCollaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and effective workflowIdentifying opportunities to optimize workflows, improve accuracy, and enhance overall team performanceOwning critical metrics that measure our Title and Registration, Asset Recovery, and Remarketing process healthWhat you haveFluent English, both verbal and written, with strong communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailEffective communication and interpersonal skillsExperience preparing and filing official document submissions (e.g., legal, medical, government, insurance)3 or more years of leadership experienceProject management experienceAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)What will make you stand outExperience working in vehicle titling and registration processesExperience helping translate for government entitiesStrong Salesforce familiarity, with an ability to build and run reportsBachelor’s degree in a business-related fieldWhy Work for Clicklease At Clicklease, we believe small businesses are the backbone of the economy—and we’re here to help them grow.
