Position Summary:
Manage a closing pipeline, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client communication. This individual is responsible for coordinating with lenders and partners as well as maintaining transaction momentum throughout the closing and post-close process.
Essential Job Functions:
• Act as a liaison between lenders, underwriters, and third-party partners, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
• Track and manage transaction status and milestones, keeping all parties informed.
• Respond promptly to client questions, concerns, and issues with professionalism and problem-solving focus.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Educate clients and partners about SettleWise processes to promote clarity and confidence.
• Maintain detailed transaction documentation and data accuracy in internal systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to continually refine workflows and service delivery.
• Field and resolve all questions or complaints related to client transactions in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.
• Exercise independent judgment in evaluating complex situations and determining appropriate courses of action.

Education and Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in title insurance, specifically closing responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of title insurance procedures, closing practices, and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High degree of professionalism, accuracy, and accountability.
Compensation:
Full Time Compensation: $50-60k plus benefits. The company covers 80% of Medical, Dental and Vision insurance. LS matches 100% of contributions up to 3%, plus 50% of the next 2%. Vacation time is 20 days PTO excluding holidays.
Part-Time availability available upon request.
