Responsibilities
Prepare and review closing documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Coordinate with escrow agents, lenders, and real estate professionals to facilitate the closing process.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the transaction.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure timely filing of necessary documents.
Stay updated on industry regulations, including TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and FNMA (Federal National Mortgage Association) guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience in title insurance, real estate transactions, or related fields is preferred.
Strong knowledge of contracts, underwriting processes, escrow procedures, and loan origination.
Familiarity with mortgage servicing practices and basic math skills for financial calculations.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform credit analysis effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
Effective communication skills to interact professionally with clients, lenders, and colleagues.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
