Title Attorney (Remote)
Proxy Legal Staffing & Search Group has partnered with a well-established regional law firm to identify experienced Title Attorneys for current and upcoming needs. This is a fully remote opportunity.
This role is ideal for attorneys with a strong background in title work who are looking to support a respected firm handling sophisticated real estate and/or oil & gas matters.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Draft, review, and analyze title opinions and related documents
ā¢ Perform detailed title examinations and resolve title defects
ā¢ Provide legal support on real estate and/or oil & gas transactions
ā¢ Collaborate with internal teams and clients on title-related issues
ā¢ Ensure compliance with applicable state laws and regulations
Requirements:
ā¢ Licensed to practice law in PA or WV
ā¢ Prior experience drafting and reviewing title in Pennsylvania and/or West Virginia
ā¢ Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
