Project Management: Help maintain project timelines, project plans, and status reporting to ensure that the implementation stays on schedule.
Implementation Support: Assist the implementation lead in the design, implementation, and stabilization of the time tracking system. Examples of this work include;
Documentation: Assist in the creation and maintenance of detailed system documentation including requirements, system architecture, and process flows
System Testing: Support the testing phase of the implementation process, including assisting in the development of a testing plan, test scenarios, and the execution of test scenarios.
User Training and Support: Assist with the development of training materials and user guides. Provide support during training sessions.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Contingent Workforce Program, Legal and Fleet Operations to understand internal time tracking needs. Partner with external vendors to communicate and address solutions for internal needs. Qualifications Proven experience in a project management or systems analyst role, preferably in time tracking or HR systems.Strong attention to detail with the ability to create and maintain clear project documentationExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExperience with system testing and test scenario developmentProven experience in end-to-end system implementation projectsExperience working with time tracking systems or HR systems is preferredExperience working with an organization's external workforce or contingent labor program is a plus Additional Information This is a contract position and employment for this position will be through a vendor contracted with Zoox. The pay range for this position is $30 to $45 per hour and you will be eligible for a benefits package as offered by the vendor.
