Time & Attendance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Time & Attendance Manager to join our team at Walt Disney World Resorts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of hourly Time and Attendance Cast Members, ensuring accurate time and attendance tracking for over 65,000 hourly cast members.
This is a full-time, remote position with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of hourly Time and Attendance Cast Members to ensure accurate time and attendance tracking
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new policies and procedures to improve time and attendance processes
Provide expertise on time, pay, and attendance policies to key stakeholders
Participate in projects to improve the accuracy and efficiency of time and attendance tracking
Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement solutions to achieve daily objectives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organization
Strong knowledge of HR functions, including payroll, work relations, and employee relations
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with time and attendance systems, such as MY TIME (Infor, Workbrain)
Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and Disney's employee policies
Experience with project management and process improvement
