TikTok Shop & Social Commerce Manager – Morfose USA

We’re Morfose, one of Türkiye’s fastest-growing professional hair care brands, famous with Cow Design Milk Therapy Collection, Now building our next big chapter in the US. Our products are already loved by hairdressers, barbers and beauty lovers in more than 140 countries and now we want to turn TikTok Shop into one of our main growth engines in the USA. We’d love to talk. ❤️ What you’ll do • Own and manage Morfose USA’s TikTok Shop account end-to-end • Set up and optimize product listings, bundles, pricing, coupons and promotions • Plan, launch and manage TikTok Shop campaigns (flash sales, vouchers, live events, etc.) • Work with creators, barbers, hairdressers and content partners to drive affiliate & UGC sales • Coordinate and brief our creative team on video concepts, hooks, offers and landing pages • Analyze daily/weekly performance (views, CTR, conversion, AOV, ROAS) and constantly test new ideas • Collaborate with our US marketing, operations and Amazon teams to keep stock, campaigns and messaging aligned • Stay up to date with TikTok Shop best practices, new features and policy changes, and proactively apply them • Build and maintain a clear growth roadmap for TikTok Shop (from “first sales” to “scale-up mode”) ✅ What we’re looking for • Proven experience managing TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms (must) • Hands-on experience in e-commerce growth, marketplace or DTC brand management • Bonus if you’ve worked with beauty, hair care or cosmetic brands • Strong understanding of TikTok algorithm, content formats, hooks and trends • Comfortable working with numbers and dashboards: you can look at data and know what to test next • Experience working with creators, agencies or affiliate programs is a big plus • Very good English communication skills (written & spoken) • Based in the USA preferably in Florida or able to work comfortably with EST time zones • Self-driven, organized, and excited to help build something big, not just “manage an account” • Bonus if you're able to make live videos on Tiktok.
