This role will focus on managing content workflows, supporting creators and affiliates, tracking performance metrics, and scaling winning content using Spark Ads. The ideal candidate is systems-driven, operationally strong, and comfortable working with data, reporting, and multiple workflows in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.Key Responsibilities:
• Support and manage relationships with affiliates and creators
• Review, organize, and categorize video content for performance and usability
• Identify high-performing videos and scale winning content through Spark Ads
• Track and report weekly metrics including:
• Creator payouts
• Payroll
• Inventory levels
• Performance and operational KPIs
• Maintain organized systems for content, reporting, and workflows
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in data tracking and documentation
• Support operational processes related to ecommerce and live-selling initiatives
• Manage multiple workflows independently and proactively
Requirements:
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong skills in systems management, tracking, and reporting
• Comfortable handling operational, financial, and performance data
• Able to manage multiple workflows independently
• Strong ownership mindset and accountability
Nice to Have:
• Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, or creator management
• Exposure to Spark Ads or paid social advertising
• Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets
• Ecommerce, inventory management, or live-selling support experience
• Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Airtable, ClickUp
