This full-time, remote position combines data entry tasks with light phone-based customer assistance, offering a competitive rate of $30/hour. The ideal candidate will assist with processing user reports, updating support logs, verifying account data, and delivering basic customer guidance over phone and digital channels. This is a perfect role for individuals who are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to handle structured workflows from home. Key Responsibilities Accurately input user feedback, support tickets, and case resolutions into internal databases. Respond to customer calls and assist with account access issues, data verifications, and general questions. Cross-reference data between user reports and platform guidelines. Maintain accurate call and case notes for internal recordkeeping. Flag and escalate complex issues to team leads or platform partners. Organize and maintain digital documentation of reports and resolutions. Meet daily accuracy, quality, and call-response standards. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 1 year of experience in customer support, call handling, or data entry roles. Comfortable with phone-based interaction in a remote environment. Familiarity with social media platforms, especially TikTok, is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Proficiency with spreadsheets, customer databases, and CRM tools.
