Project gigs are available now and more are on the horizon.Project Hours (all times flexible):Monday – Friday: 10 am – 12 pmHourly Rate:To be discussed in the interview phaseCommitment:90 days10 hours per weekOrientation Begins:September 8, 2025Language:EnglishWhat We Are Looking For:Strong knowledge of firearms, including handguns and rifles (gun ownership a plus)Is reliable and interested in a long-term commitment to the project.Can quickly pick up and follow established processes.Is a strong researcher, able to locate workflows and information in a knowledge base with ease.Can multitask across multiple platforms, including phones, chats, tickets, and Amazon.Is comfortable with direct, daily client interactions and feedback.Is organized, dependable, and able to learn and adapt to multiple workflows.Has experience with Zendesk (ZD) and DialPad (a plus, but not required).WorkSpace Requirements:Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or aboveQuality headsetWillingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phoneAbout ModSquad:ModSquad has been reinventing the Customer Experience Services industry since 2007.
