The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.
In this role, you will strengthen the organization’s security posture by supporting the IT function in identifying, assessing, and responding to emerging cyber threats. You will help deliver actionable threat intelligence that informs security operations, incident response, and technology teams, enabling proactive risk mitigation across the enterprise. You will contribute to continuous monitoring of the threat landscape, support detection of potential targeting, and participate in coordinated response efforts. Additionally, you will help advance CTI’s collaboration with government, sector partners, and industry peers to enhance shared awareness and improve the firm’s overall resilience.

Responsibilities
• Conducts research using open source, subscription, intelligence feeds, and security-related services to monitor and assess current and emerging threats and generate Indicators of Compromise (IOC) in support of security monitoring tools.
• Collects and exams all available forensic artifacts (e.g., source code, malware, and trojans).
• Produces written analytical reports, prepares quantitative reports identifying trends, and delivers oral briefings to collaborators on physical security, cyber threat, geo-political, and national security matters affecting DTCC.
• Coordinates with cyber intelligence and global security teams to correlate threat assessment information.
• Provides tactical support to cyber security investigations and operations to include performing real time cyber-incident handling, including host and network based forensic collection, intrusion correlation and tracking, and cyber-threat analysis.
• Experience coordinating and leading intelligence threat mitigation efforts between multiple teams.
• Build and leverage relationships with internal and external peers from public and private sector organizations.
• Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; advances appropriately.

Requirements
• Minimum of 4 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
