Collaborate with the engineering team to oversee the maintenance and repair of all ships and vessels owned by The Walt Disney Company. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the safety and functionality of all engineering equipment and systems on board. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during operations. Implement and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all crew members. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spare parts and equipment to ensure smooth operations. Train and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed, as well as any incidents or accidents that occur. Stay updated on industry advancements and technological developments to improve efficiency and effectiveness of engineering operations. Communicate regularly with other departments and crew members to coordinate maintenance and repairs without disrupting guest experiences.
