Seasons Psychotherapy Associates is a Florida-based group practice dedicated to transforming lives through compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. The role is designed for early-career clinicians to provide psychotherapy while receiving qualified supervision and support to build their caseload and skills in a professional setting. Responsibilities Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and children Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in weekly individual and group supervision Manage time effectively and uphold the highest professional and ethical standards Collaborate with colleagues and external providers to ensure coordinated care Skills Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited program Eligible for registration as an RCSWI, RMHCI, or RMFTI with the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling Availability for at least two in-office afternoons or evenings per week (typically 3–8 PM), with additional flexibility for telehealth sessions Commitment to maintaining a consistent caseload and actively progressing toward licensure Experience in outpatient or community-based mental health settings Comfort managing a therapy caseload and maintaining client relationships Fluency in another language—especially Spanish or Portuguese—is highly desirable Strong communication, reliability, and a growth mindset Benefits Health, Dental, Vision, and Group-Term Life Insurance: Fully paid by Seasons for clinicians maintaining a full-time caseload (24+ sessions per week) 401(k) Retirement Plan: Available to all clinicians with an employer match Company Overview Seasons Psychotherapy Associates is a trusted mental health company headquartered in the vibrant Broward County, Florida.
