Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic digital marketing professional to elevate NCCER’s digital presence, drive brand awareness, and lead demand generation efforts. This individual will oversee multi-channel digital campaigns, lead performance optimization, and manage digital platforms and vendors. You’ll play a key role in positioning NCCER as a leader in workforce development for the construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive marketer to lead a mission-driven organization’s digital strategy while working collaboratively with team members and managing agency partners. We would prefer a candidate who lives in the Gainesville area so they can work in the office but are also open to remote with regular travel to the office. Key ResponsibilitiesLead NCCER’s digital marketing strategy across web, SEO, paid media, email, and social to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns supporting both awareness and lead-generation goals.Oversee digital advertising initiatives including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms, optimizing spend and performance.Own and improve marketing automation workflows using HubSpot; develop lead nurturing strategies that align with the buyer journey.Track and report campaign KPIs and web analytics using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), HubSpot, and Salesforce, drawing insights and making data-driven decisions.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, creative partners, and vendors to ensure consistent branding and impactful messaging.Stay on top of digital trends and implement innovations to enhance campaign performance, UX, and engagement.
Requirements
Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or a related field.4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing integrated digital campaigns and generating leads.Expertise in SEO/SEM, paid digital media, and web strategy.Proficiency in marketing platforms including HubSpot, Google Ads, GA4, Salesforce, and CMS tools such as WordPress.Experience managing digital agencies, freelancers, and/or vendors.Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Trello, Jira, Smartsheet.Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, and leadership skills.Deep understanding of the buyer’s journey and how to engage audiences at each stage.Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in a fast-moving digital environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience in nonprofit, workforce development, or education marketing.Familiarity with HTML/CSS, UX design principles, or web accessibility standards.NCCER is an equal opportunity employer. Salary Description
$120k to $145K max
