Position Type: Full-Time
Typical Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm ET
Location: Remote - (prioritizing candidates in southern half of the state)
Travel: up to 10% domestic travel (primarily in WV) including overnight staysPosition Overview:The Program Coordinator at The EdVenture Group serves the organization by supporting and coordinating programs to ensure high-quality outreach and development services for clients, in alignment with the mission and goals of the organization. The Program Coordinator plays a key supportive role, requiring strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with clients and teams. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and passionate about education, with a willingness to learn and contribute to initiatives that empower learning and development while building a strong foundation for career growth.Program Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, organizing, and executing educational programs and projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and client needs,
Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders,
Manage schedules, track deadlines, and maintain accurate records for projects, ensuring all documentation is up to date and organized,
Monitor the implementation of programs to ensure they meet high standards of quality and adhere to established guidelines and objectives,
Coordinate logistics for program delivery, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and arranging travel or events as needed,
Gather feedback and data from program activities, compile reports, and provide insights to support continuous improvement efforts,
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of programs, fostering a cooperative and supportive work environment,
Travel as needed, including occasional airline travel and overnight stays to support program delivery and maintain project deliverables.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, county, state, and federal regulations, and other identified requirements.
Maintain a remote working environment that incorporates best practices for personal safety and organizational productivity and complies with company policies.
RequirementsProgram Coordinator Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required,
Relevant internship or entry-level work experience in program coordination, administrative support, or education is preferred,
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with clients, educators, and team members
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment,

Salary: $45,000-$60,000, commensurate with experience.
Remote work environment (minimum 10% travel across West Virginia)
